Pretty good for the price, but the fit was not ideal for my Kona Rove. One of the plastic tabs that fits over the seat stay bridge snapped off when I installed the rear fender and the screw provided was the wrong size for the threaded hole, so I had to use a spare m5 bolt to secure the rear. For the front, the provided screw was too short to use with the plastic shim, and I was too lazy to locate a longer screw, so I installed it without the shim. Once all that was sorted out, they seemed pretty solid. I haven't had a chance to use them yet because I'm not equipped for winter riding in snowy Michigan.

Super nice fenders. Light, but perfect coverage! A+

Nice, sleek fenders!
The rear fender is perfect if you have a rack. I drilled holes and zip tied it near the front and rear of the rack. Zip ties plus the seat tube clip and it is rock solid.
The front fender was another story. My Niner RLT only had a rear bolt on the fork. So like Stefan (2/29/21 review), I had to flip the metal mounting bracket around and use to short bolts to secure it to the bracket (You can see the nuts on the top of the fender in the photo). This was a minor pain and the fender is doing it's job, but it would be nice if the fender came ready for front or rear bolt mounting.

Works great for an excellent price!

I use Sodapop MTB fenders on my gravel/touring Lynskey GR270. They’re hard to see under all the luggage. Tires shown are 650b x 48mm, and front tire clearance at the fork crown is tight. I sawed off the front fender adjacent to the mounting tab, at the rear of the fork so the fender doesn’t go under the crown at all. Rear fender fits OK. The only modification I made was to drill a couple holes to zip tie the fender to the rear rack to stop rattles. This setup is on its third season, and I’ve found nothing better. I thought I’d remove the fenders for gravel rides, but no need to. They work great for all conditions.

Lots of good things about these fenders:
Light, Durable, Easily modified ( e.g. drilled) and Good value.
My front fork has a tapped 5mm hole at the rear but no hole at the front. The mount doesn’t work at all as it’s intended to mount at the front of the fork.. However you can turn the metal tab around so it works with the rear hole. This causes the part of the supplied metal mounting tab intended to pass through the front fender “ grill” to face backwards under the fender. A you can then mount the tab to the fender with a tie wrap passed through two drilled holes in the top of the fender.
I do think that the front fender doesn’t project forward enough however . This isn’t related to how I mounted it...I observed the same problem with another set mounted the intended way on another bike.

Needed a bigger bold for the front fender to fit REIs 1.1 City Hybrid since apparently REI makes their bikes thicker than thick for some reason. After that it's done its job very well.

Used the city width fenders with 700Cx40 tires on my Origin8 CX700 frame monster cross bike. I like the simple mounting style, one screw for the rear, one bolt for the front.

Having used these fenders for about a month of rainy Florida summer so far, it's time for a little review. These are a great set of low profile fenders, and block grit and spray almost completely and short of purchasing full coverage fenders, you would be hard pressed to find a better performing fender. I have found that the marginal loss in protection is more than made up for by the light weight and looks of the fenders, a trade that I do not regret in the slightest. They have kept me dry after many sudden rainstorms, something that is inevitable but impossible to predict here in Florida. Since they are so light, I don't mind leaving them on my bike full time as is necessary during the rainy summer months. However, should you wish to pop them on and off, that is easy to do thanks to the flexible mounting system that is used.
