The bag specs:
- Weather tough, water-resistant waxed canvas exterior
- Water-resistant grey nylon lining
- Zipper top closure with easy-grab ring pull
- 1"adjustable grey nylon webbing strap
- Strap length: Minimum: 23.5", Maximum: 42.5"
- Dimensions: 9" wide x 13.5" high x 6" deep
- Polypropylene side straps with snaps for securing bag to rack
- When bag is empty or less full, fold it down and secure top with side straps
