what's in the box?

We've been visiting shops lately, and over the next 4 months or so, we're going to be visiting a whole bunch more. As our line has grown, so has our need to carry more samples of our products. I finally decided the ratty cardboard box that we had been using just didn't reflect well on the detail of our products and their packaging, so I'd been looking for something new to transport stuff in. I'd had my eye on a bamboo suitcase, but it wasn't as big as I would have liked, and I was pretty sure that my trip to the East Coast (which will feature airplanes, NYC taxis, Greyhound and who knows what else) would probably destroy it. I had also been looking at some Pelican cases, but hadn't seen something I liked.

This past weekend, I was bumming around and antique store in Sellwood, and I came across this aluminum Halliburton case. I gotta say, this is exactly what I was looking for. You can see from the second shot, it is big enough to carry our Payload rack, and it is also large enough to carry a set of Soda Pop fenders. I'm going to line the inside with some closed cell foam to keep things from getting smashed around.

However, now I guess I'm in the market for some handcuffs, as this just seems like the kind of case the KGB is going to be after, and I can't have our technology falling into the hands of the Russians...

secret compartment

You need to have your man retro-fit it with a X-ray proof secret compartment to hold the launch codes, a small caliber pistol and an Italian passport for when things get weird.
