food bank

A couple of folks have asked about our Food Drive/Movie night. I'm really proud of how it all came together. I'd reckon a hundred folks showed up to check out the film, and many of them brought food donations. We collected 188 pounds of food, and about $70 in cash. From what I've been told, for every $1 they get, the Oregon Food Bank can collect and distribute 5 pounds of food. Thanks to Beloved, Showers Pass, Tonic Fab, Ruckus Components and the Green Dragon for the help!
